stay away from this place.
very rude staff at the reception counter upon our check in and check out! such a shame. internet was paid 100bhat an our or 500bhat a day,we bought anyway coz nothing to do,nothing around,it did not even work in our room,Scamm!!
we picked this hotel coz its close to DonMueng as we had an early flight the next morning,but it's not necessary to stay here as there wont be traffic in the morning and there are other hotels around with better service and facilities especialy better located,like Centara Grand next to Central Plaza. the property is old,the pool was far from the hotel building it was behind another property it was weird but then no staff on the pool no towels the bar was closed the pump was off,and it was only 4pm. if u think u'll save time and money staying at Rama u wont! this place is a joke,and doesn't worth your time and money,unless u stay here with an arranged tour group like all other hotel guests here Chinese tour group on big busses.
