Best kept secret in Venice
Amazing staff. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood.Easy to find using public transportation (a water bus from the train station). Explore Venice & come home to solitude. Walking distance from swim beach, shopping, restaurants & water bus. Breakfast was delicious!

I would definitely stay here again! It is walking distance to the coloseum but what I liked best was every morning a delightful young lady named Pam delivered a very delicious and large breakfast to our room. The advice that I have is that if you're thinking of staying here is if you arrive after regular business hours, then call ahead when you arrive. There are other businesses in the building so the front door is closed after 5:00, however you can check in any time but after 5 pm, by sure to call so they can open the door downstairs. The room I stayed in could use a coat of paint.

Our stay at the B&B was good, on arrival there was a slight mishap with our rooms but within half hour it was sorted and there wasn't any further problems. Each day we was provided with a continental breakfast delivered to our rooms at our requested time and on the last day due to leaving early for our flight they prepared us an on-the-go breakfast. The rooms was small but they we're clean, comfortable and safe very good value for money. On downfall is where it's situated it's around a 20/30 minute walk from the town centre but there is a supermarket next door to the B&B.
