Comfortable stay only problem was the spotty wifi, otherwise a great choice to stay at.

We booked this hotel despite reading the mixed reviews . The location of the hotel Is good but the staff does not know what service is . Despite the fact , we walked and drove in and out of the hotel more than 10 times a day , we were always questioned if we stay here . Staff is unprofessional, wifi doesn’t work, our room lost electricity. When our room lost electricity, we were told it’s normal , I was quite suprised , I’ve been to Dubai more than 5 times , I’ve never experienced anything like this , manager lied about the electricity going out like it’s a normal thing because he thought it was our first time in Dubai , there’s a reason why only this hotel is never sold out on Sheikh Zayed Road

Front desk personnel were slow and not concerned about me waiting to be checked in. Second time staying here and again had slow time with check-in and slow check-out. Front desk personnel(male and female) were busy doing other things besides waiting on customers. Will not stay on this property again.
