Unprofessional staff. There were 4 staff at the reception, but only the general manager could work. However, the general manager is rude and refused to answer the enquiry. His attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. Did not recommend the B&B.

We really enjoyed our stay at the StayCozy Apartments. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a party of 3. Two of us had individual rooms and the third took the large living room. All of the rooms were spacious. One had an ensuite bathroom and there a separate bathroom in the hall.there was also laundry in the suite itself. Basically everything you need for a home away from home. Now, there can be improvements. The location is a 10 minute walk from King’s Cross and St. Pancras Stations. While not far, it’s not what I would call easily accessible as you’d have to carry luggage through various terrains. Second, there was no onsite storage for bags so you’d have to pay for bag storage either at the stations or with a third party. The hotel is an Airbnb style accommodation in a large condo complex so there is no onsite management. Although the StayCozy staff are fast to respond. You’ll also have to pay for early check in and late check outs. We had to ask for additional bedding to accommodate the third guest. This is something that would’ve been nice to have included in the room right off the bat as the hotel does ask for names and number of guests before hand. Aside from that, we really did enjoy our stay. Goal Drops Yard is minutes away and has a plethora of dining and shopping options. Access to the rest of London was also super easy. We’d stay here again.

Very disappointed

Was quite disappointed with our overall stay. Considering how much we paid it didn’t really deliver. Arrived 45 minutes earlier advised room wasn’t ready which was fine but when we got our keys cleaners will still in room so had to wait another hour. Room seemed lovely, beds quite small especially for a couple and mattresses bit like camp beds. Number of lights were not working throughout the apartment which was quite frustrating. Heating/air con in smaller bedroom would switch from one to another without any reason so room either to hot or to cold. The worst part was other guests, we had continuous noise on a couple of nights from midnight into the early hours. This was even more frustrating when furniture was constantly being dragged around the floors causing us to have our sleep interrupted at regular intervals. I don’t think I would stay here again as it certainly didn’t give value for money.

Het appartement zelf was heel comfortabel. Twee fijne slaapkamers, twee mooie badkamers en een prima woonkamer met keuken. De locatie van het appartement is wat ongezellig. Maar je loopt makkelijk naar King’s cross en naar een plein in de buurt met allemaal hippe zaakjes. Let op, het appartement ligt wel heuvel op. Wat onhandig is dat er geen instructies waren over hoe dingen in het appartement werken (lichten via een paneel in de gang, airco is alle kamers etc. Ook geen instructie over hoe de boel achter te laten bij vertrek. We konden de tv niet gebruiken omdat je daar een Amazon account voor nodig had. Best irritant. In de keuken was weinig aanwezig. Wel borden bakjes en bestek maar bv geen schaar, geen koekenpan, geen vuilniszakjes etc. Wel handig dat er een wasmachine/droger is als je wat langer verblijft zoals wij. Het appartement wordt snel heel warm. Een raam open is geen optie vanwege het lawaai van buiten en de airco aan geeft ook veel geluid. Als we de temperatuur voor het slapengaan op 15 graden hadden dan liep dat toch in een paar uur weer op tot boven de 22 graden. Ook al was het buiten ook maar 13 graden en stond de verwarming uit. Kortom best een prima basis voor een bezoek aan Londen maar met een paar kleine dingen kan het nog een stuk beter.
