Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay - Luxury

Very nice pool facilities. Resort was not fully open. Expedia was deceptive in stating that the package was all inclusive. Had to pay close to $800.00 upon checking in. Not sure who was more at fault Expedia or Secrets.

The property was great and the staff were amazing. I will definitely be staying there again.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and the property is beautiful and the food is delicious. Right on the beach, great activities and staff is courteous. The check in/check out process needs to be revamped. There's no order at all and it shouldn't take 40 minutes to check in. Have someone write down names in the order guests enter the lobby and call names from a list. Checking out was the same way and I'm not sure why. I couldn't wait in line 20 minutes to check out because our transportation was waiting. Luckily an employee was outside and I gave her my key and she gave me my checkout slips but like I said there's no order because people had been standing in line at least 20 minutes I'm sure to check out and I checked right out. Also staff was made aware of our anniversary at check in and we were told we'll get our amenities. They didn't come that day so I visited the desk the next to remind staff and we never received anything for our anniversary as promised. We understand the property is busy but the organization can be a lot better. If this can be changed then this property is outstanding.

After traveling 26 countries and 5 continents, this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself your time, money and frustration and book somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Fue mi primera vez de visita en Jamaica, el hotel es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, con una higiene única, un personal muy atento y más con el Shef Internacional Sr. Antonio, sabor exquisito, pendiente de todos, también valoro mucho que ahora en tiempo de Covid 19, desde q entras es manitas limpias everywhere and Lysol, me sentí segura, muchas gracias y los veo en mis próximas vacaciones!! Exelente

Everything was closed. at the same food everyday of the stay with the same menu. Buffet options were very limited as well. Spa facilities were closed except for the actual massage. All events and functions shut down by 9pm....10pm latest. Room service shutdown by 10pm could not get any water outside of 8am-10pm. Front desk staff was never present to address any request after 9pm. Pool bar closed at 6pm Mini bar was empty upon arrival I understand it’s covid but this property is not ready at all. Especially because customers are being charged full prices for discounted service Shame... worst all inclusive experience thus far

If this is a five-star property, then hotel star ratings have no meaning whatsoever. I chose this property with high expectations of a five-star experience, but I regretted my choice as early as the second day of my stay. Some highlights: extremely limited breakfast, lunch and dinner food choices and hours of operation; frustratingly slow food service; housekeeping never cleaned my room, unless I asked after returning to an unclean room in the evening; subpar entertainment; service phone lines ringing endlessly with no response; long wait to request assistance at the front desk; nonexistent wifi connection on the beachfront; no waiters on the beach, and the list goes on. As if this bleak experience was not bad enough, I left the hotel with my skin covered in what may well be bed bug bites, judging by the number, appearance and location of the lesions on my skin.

It was my honeymoon. The worst food. Everyrhing was closed. No entertainment. I was given a room downgrade. I travel often but this was my honeymoon and it was terrible. It was cut short by 2 days and we had to spend an additional $500 to book one way flights home. Ive been waiting for an expedia rep to contact me but still Nothing

Everything is beautiful except the most valuable part..beaches..a lot of cigarettes and dirty glasses from the rest of the previous night.water needs to be clean as well.a lot of seaweed on a bottom of the beach.we didn’t have much room to swim. This was a big disappointment since we went there specific for the sea and beaches. Everything else was more then pleasing!
