Horizon Apartments Narooma - Narooma, Australia

We enjoyed the stay at Narooma and it was close to restaurants and cafes and the Golf Club.

Great value overall. The only downside was the shower seemed to leak water on to the bathroom floor and the walls weren't very soundproof. We could hear the neighbours sometimes. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well equipped for cooking with a full sized fridge and all the utensils we needed, spacious living area, very clean, full length mirrors, plenty of storage and the balcony was ok. Late check in was no hassle.

Convenient location -- clean and tidy --- large spacious rooms --- up and down the stairs not fantastic, but not a major problem either.

Room had no windows that could open to allow a breeze - quite bizarre actually. We were shut in with the air com on. Glass doors, windows and carpet desperately need a clean. Don't look under the bed!! WiFi not operational for 6 days. Close to south end of town, (old part), but new development is all happening at north end. Still could walk tho but it would be 3-4 km up/down steep inclines.

Horizon Apartments in Narooma are a lovely place to stay. Not grand and not modern, but comfortable enough. Disappointed with the size of the Kitchen which was pretty small, but had been modernised. Needed more crockery though! Bathroom was pretty good size and in a reasonable state. The Air conditioning was wonderful, and we managed to get it to flow enough through to the bedroom to make it more comfy on the hotter nights. The sliding doors to the balconies needed insect screens though for those times when the outside air was a little cooler as many bugs came in which was annoying. The bed we got was wonderfully large but a little hard, but not awful to sleep on. I would recommend a higher unit to get the view, although you do need to get your cases up 2/3 flights of steps to get there. Place was really popular and seemed to be used for overnighters as well as those staying longer. I would stay again, as it is well located, a good price and had everything we wanted. Oh, and it had an extra TV in the bedroom - a plus for us!
