Nice hotel, in an arty part of town. Sells itself as a luxury hotel, but the only bit that is luxury is the price tag.
The price that Hotels.com quotes and rewards you for is nowhere near the price you will pay.
Resort fees are extortionate, supposedly paying for services that were simply not available, such as the swimming pool. $50 per night, in addition to your very high rates for your room, should be made crystal clear at the time of booking, not hidden in the small print.
It's a nice hotel, although on my first morning there the breakfast time was utter chaos. Thankfully it improved.
Also, one morning I missed breakfast that I had already paid for. I asked if my credit could be moved, but no, they would not do so.
It's small details that help to make a stay pleasant and memorable, for the right reasons. They charge so much money they should have been bending over backwards to help out at every circumstance.
I'm sure that others would have had a better experience than I had.
