Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort

This is my sixth or seventh visit to this Hotel. There’s a definite improvement in service and entertainment. This time it deserves a 9 out of 10.

The Mazagan is an amazing place to stay in Morocco! I will for sure go back and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an exceptional relaxing place to stay. Lots of fun activities for the whole family, never a dull day. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Their customer service is outstanding. Employees go above and beyond to offer the best service possible. Overall it is totally worth the money!!

The property is much nicer then the experience. They tried to charge us more for the room because my child was 13. My son got hurt on their go kart activity because the brakes didn’t work. The bouncer at the club tried to grab my husband off the empty dance floor because he was holding a closed bottle of water and a second time because he was taking a pic of me. So we left and complained. They only refunded me for my son who got hurt on the go kart activity instead of all of us who activity got ruined because of the accident and we had to spend 4/5 hours of our stay in the clinic. When we had supper at the casino the waitress charged us for a salad that we never ordered. All in all just horrible! They have no respect for women. When I was sitting at the bar no one came to serve me I had to ask for service when my husband showed up he had 3 waiters around him 👎👎👎

For such a price, you would at least expect an indoor swimming pool and some other services

Beautiful and very well maintained resort with international flair but the service was not good which came to a surprise considering the type of establishment. Our washroom door was broken, called for service and it took over an hour for a technician to come only to tell us he couldn’t repair it. Upon check out, I informed the desk (yet again) and not even an apology. Zero. An establishment is only as good as its service...

We had a package deal with unlimited food, drink and golf and this was incredible value. Many great dining options (accept the Moroccon place ironically which I thought was a bit mediocre), many great activities. Incredible golf course. Lovely stuff. My only real complaint were two things - the pillows - the gave me a neck soreness that I still have 3 days after returning. And also I had to move rooms because of reservations and they lost some of my belongings in the transition. Overall however, it was one of the best holidays I ever had

Fifth visit, as good as ever, staff amazingly helpful and very friendly. Lovely new additions like the bench and chairs looking out to the sea and the symbolic horse structures. Brilliant family holiday

Amazing resort with great beaches, pools, and overall activities. The service from the staff is simply outstanding! You would not get bored since there is so much to do whether as a family, couple, or solo. The private and clean beach was the highlight for me. The turnoff? The food price! Very pricey with no options to fit a smaller budget. A couscous goes for 200 dirhams so a Club sandwich, terrible and the food is average. The resort need to provide cheaper options and improve quality. I mentioned those points in previous reviews, and I am yet to see a change from management....
