The room is small, basic and clean. It had three twin beds that were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was outstanding. The location is remote but suited our trip to the Glacier and allowed us to see the Iceberg lagoon and Diamond beach.

Chambre propre et correcte pour une étape d.une nuit. Petit déjeuner inclus mais basique. Restaurant pour le dîner dans une salle pas très chaleureuse et cher comparé à d’autres hôtels. Personnel agréable. Bel environnement extérieur, proche du glacier.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider scheint das Hotel mehr Wert auf die asiatischen Reisegruppen zu legen, als auf Individualreisende. Die asiatische Gruppe (Wohl Chinesen) benahm sich wie Tiere. Die ganze Nacht hörte man sie laut reden und Duschen (?). Beim Frühstücksbuffet war es eine "Schlacht", das schöne Buffet wurde zu einem gewaltigen Bakteriendschungel. Beim Check-Out wurde dies mit einem "Sorry to hear that" abgestempelt. Bisher leider die schechteste Unterkunft auf unserem Trip.

We had requested a twin room, but arrived later than expected and got a full size bed. The room was extremely small and difficult to move around in due to the size. It was clean and the staff were lovely. Dinner was on the pricier end, but it was some of the best chicken I’ve possibly ever had!

Clean but very dated. Welcome to 1976. Food at gas station/grocery store was good burger and fish were great! Matters was awful. The springs were coming thru the mattress. So painful!!

Great spot, staff super friendly/helpful. They will even give you a northern lights wake up call. Only down side is there isn’t much in the area so it’s a bit on the pricier side. But still worth it!

Our room was very clean. The front desk worker was very friendly and efficient. We found it to be very overpriced for the room. We paid over $400 for one night. Since there were no other choices for restaurants that we found, we ate at the hotel. Our food was very good, but again, very expensive. We paid over $200 for our meal, that included two entrees, one drink each, and we shared a small dessert. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The view from the window was of the glacier, so that was a bonus! Parking was plentiful and easy.

Really lovely staff and decent rooms. Breakfast was included. The prices in the restaurant are a bit higher than we expected even for iceland, but everyone was very nice. 4 stars just for cost, but a great place to stay when you're exploring the area.
