Location is of course, amazing — being a short walk from Hastings and the beach and National Park. The rooms are efficient in that they have everything you need — but, a little oddly arranged. Bedroom tv is smaller than a computer monitor. Bed was super comfortable. Takes a minute to figure out where the wall switches are for various devices. An improvement would be to have universal (USB or USB-C) chargers next to each bed (or, anywhere) to charge devices. Coffee in the lobby would be a nice addition as the inroom coffee options aren’t great. Never found the ice machine. Walking down and back to Hastings is a bit of a bother as the buggy system is largely not available when super busy. Staff was amazing — friendly and helpful. A much more affordable option than others in the area and I would return.
