Best ever hotel room!
Best ever hotel room I've stayed in. Huge suite with large living room, full dining table, two rooms, and the most comfortable bed ever slept in. Fairmont gold is a hit! Do not hesitate to book this. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Worst experience ever
Very Disappointing. 1- Our reservation was for Kabba view but actually you are capable to see a partial corner. Manipulating words to differentiate the rooms aiming earning more money is a way to loose credibility. I escalated this to their administration and managers and they just kept promising without any action. 2- Service is very weak. Almost an hour to prepare the Sofa bed. and after this long waiting they just came up with a one blanket and one pillow. Accordingly, we had to wait 30 minutes more to arrange for the remaining guests. 3- You can't charge anything on the room. 4- Hair Dryer, water bottles weren't available. 2 hours waiting to secure. Such Hotel brand deserve more attention and management. it's not deserve what your'e paying
