We had a very big jaccuzi suite...did not use it but still enjoyed the living area. Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and professional .

I spoke with a person named Chantel Carlson. She proposed that I had a reservation for last night.. they took 101.52 out of my account. I didn’t make a reservation for last night. I stayed there in dec 4, 2019 after driving from Calgary ab. I carried on through the states to see my family in Ontario as my father is dying of dementia in the hospital in Hamilton Ontario. It must have been an accident on booking as I’m here until Jan 5, 2020. I called Estevan hotel and inquired as to why they took money out and explained my situation. This lady was very rude! We were going to stay there on the way back but we won’t be now. I was very let down by her tone of voice and her attitude. Especially given the situation. I’m not even sure how you guys got a reservation for yesterday as I knew I would be in Ontario until January.

Was a great stay. The only thing the room was stuffy couldnt seem to set the temp or get any ourside air just the fan running on low. Otherwise front desk great. Big rooms. Breakfast great. Even had all day chili and Buns and cookies in the lobby.

Friendly and efficient check-in. Nice games room and exercise room. All day soup and bun was great as was the continental breakfast. Our room was spotless but a little too warm for sleeping. Thermostat didn't seem to adjust the temp at all. Overall a great stay.

The sign had blown down so it was hard to find ... the local grocery store patrons and employees weren't certain if the hotel with no sign was Hotel Estevan. The breakfast was a bit skimpy and the eggs were hard. But overall, a good stay.

The coffee was great but there was no sugar or stir sticks. The tray the coffee stuff was supposed to be in was very dirty. Ice machine and vending machine on the third floor was not working so you had to go to the first floor.
