Killarney Towers Hotel & Leisure Centre

I liked this hotel very much and I would definitely cone back. Extremely clean. All staff follow strict hygiene rules which makes you feel really safe these times. Employees are extremely kind and welcoming. The food at the restaurant is also really good, big portiins.!. Excellent price for that standard. Highly recommended

The hotel was very comfortable, giant bed, jacuzzi bath, the service was great especially breakfast time. I asked for a kettle and they brought it to the room straight away. There is no tea/coffee and cups in the room prob due to covid. The pool was clean and was nearly empty during adult time which you book in. The customer service at front desk were able to tell us about a car park not that far from the hotel and they refund your park charge up to a certain amount. Don’t park in the car park at the front it’s a €1 an hour go to the other one. €3 a day. Food at breakfast was brilliant and was top quality.

Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very clean and room ideal. *would have.liked tea/coffee in room... even paper cups? * breakfast was very poor in my opinion which was disappointing.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a couples staycation and was extremely disappointed for a 4 star hotel the room was outdated and dirty Not good value for money seeing as the asking price was a lot for what we got Breakfast and pool had to be booked in advance due to Covid-19 which I had no issue with but the pool and jacuzzi were freezing Breakfast was impeccable and delicious Couldn’t fault it Jacuzzi bath in room Residents bar open until 10.30pm and no cash payments accepted at residents bar so all drinks went onto a tab Staff very friendly and kind Would not recommend

Upon arrival we realized there was no parking and so you had to find off site pay per use parking. For the price of the room per night, parking should definitely be included. Reception staff left us standing there for about ten minutes before asking if we were checking in. There was 3 of them not serving anyone else. Rooms are lacking. No tea making facilities, no fridge, the view was a tin roof and the glass on top of the TV press is not stuck down and that seems highly dangerous. Again for the price of the room per night it was very basic. We had dinner in Scruffys and that was the highlight of our stay. We were served by several members of staff and all were very nice and attentive and we can't fault them at all. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly. I believe some of the staff from Scruffys were also serving breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again but I would dine in Scruffys again.

Hi beautiful hotel in the centre of town . Clean hotel . Food very nice . Service in the bar was awful and room nor cleaned two days in a row after bringing this to there attention. Waited 50 for a drink that never came . Staff need to retrained for service . But improve service would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Killarney Towers hotel, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and has a public car park across the road, facilities were good, breakfast required a booking system currently which worked smoothly. Very close to all shops and restaurants. Would recommend
