The hotel is small but very well located. Our room was very spacious, nice king bed. Breakfast is fantastic! Laundry is very expensive. I will go back to Hilton Kazan.

Great location of the property within walking distance of the major sites in Kazan. Front desk staff were very helpful with all requests.

Large room, great breakfast, perfect location
We stayed for almost a week and will choose this hotel again next time. The location is right in the center of the city, the breakfasts were very good, the staff was friendly, smiling and helpful, the room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel restaurant is a bit expensive, but they cook an outstanding filet mignon, so it's worth it. No hotel is perfect: I noticed a small spider web under the ceiling on the 1st day and it was there the whole week. Also a good thing to know is that besides hotels.com reservation says "24 hour check-in", official check-in time is 2PM, and additional payment is needed to guarantee early check-in. But, thanks to very helpful staff, we negotiated a complimentary check-in at 10AM. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it.

Everything was nice excepting noise from corridors and neighbors that means the sound insulation is very bad. But the rest was completely nice.

We loved our stay at Double Tree Kazan. The hotel could not be in a better location (easily walkable to the Kremlin and lots of cafes and restaurants). Our room was spacious and very clean. Wifi was fast and reliable and service was great. We arrived at 7am and we were able to check into our room immediately.
