Hotels.com silvewr member be aware.
I am supposedly a silver level member and when I was booking the hotel 1 of the benefits to stay Hotels.Com VIP was free breakfast included. So I booked the room without breakfast option by hotel (which was higher in price) as it was included as silver member. To my surprise the hotel declined to offer it, I called the hotels.com and was told they will email me the resolution. I had no access to gmail and when I checked after coming back the hotels.com sent me email stating they will not acknowledge the free breakfast as I did not selected the higher price room. Now the question is that why do they advertise free breakfast as a perk to silver members and to you to have it you have to select higher room which includes the breakfast by the hotel?

everytime we checked in, they always cannot find our booking. and it always because the mispelled our name. other than that, everything is fine. and the breakfast is perfect.

Excellent place to be after a tiring days work.
The ambience was good,staff were polite,Vikram and Micheal the chefs came to my rescue when another chef didn’t understand what egg white meant and he wasn’t wearing his mouth cover mask,just couldn’t stand that,apart from that I’m in love with everything.

Not a 5 star hotel
This hotel is not for westerners. They claim to be a 5 star, maybe in 1980’s it would be considered one. Room was clean and comfortable. But the hotel is very dated. Also, does not have an active concierge and front desk staff had a difficult time with English. The bar downstairs was expensive and empty all the time, so u have to drink by yourself.
