First of all there was no way I could check-in early; there is no such of thing with them! The picture of the place is deceiving! I tried to tell the Front desk Attendant that we needed two beds; well the reservation I made said “Full bed or twin beds”; and they only had a full bed. When I tried to beg him to please get us twins; he just stated that I needed to wait until check-in time and if they had it, they had it if not then it was my choice (I blame this on me because I should have never booked it); I ended up going to China Town (2)!

I enjoyed my stay here beds can be better but other then that cleaning service is a great staff. Location is awesome. #exclusivetrail approved

Great stay in the deluxe room
Deluxe Room is more comfortable than standard room as it has it's own a/c in addition to the central (uncontrollable) a/c. Large windows give a great view of the city. Variety of reasonably priced food within the area and close to free GOKL bus stop. Friendly staff and housekeeping asks everyday if you need cleaning or fresh towels. Only con is a lady boy kept coming into the hotel and fell asleep on the lobby couch near the elevator and no one made him/her leave despite all the snoring... Overall: #ExclusiveTrail approves

Pros: prime location, close to well priced delicious food, near GoKL bus stop (free transit), friendly staff, elevator in lobby (2nd floor), cold/hot water dispenser in lobby. Cons: hard to keep track of time in windowless room, mattress was a little worn out and you can feel its springs, wifi will sometimes disconnect Overall: #ExclusiveTrail approved
