Great location
Customer service is excellent. We arrived very early and were able to get our room. Grateful to the hotel staff for the early check in and their assistance in acquiring an Uber at 6am when we left! The hotel is very charming and not too far from the Centro Histórico. The room was very clean. I do agree with previous reviews though that the rooms are dark as there is limited natural light. The main window faces the inner hallway. The water saving shower head was a downer as were the low lights in the bathroom. The library on the second floor is amazing and the small cafe in the third floor is quaint with lots of natural light. The glass staircases are beautiful but daunting, especially if you're afraid of heights or use a cane. Overall, it was a great experience.
