We had ongoing booking Dec 23 to Dec 30, fully paid to website hotels.com, however IBIS hotel today, merry xmas, Dec 25th, kick the paid person out of room. great.

Excellent service, friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean. Hotel area is very convienent with public transportation. 1-2 Lights in the room can be made dimmer.

Good: Room size is bigger than normal hotel in hk Location is good The drink at the restaurant is nice Bad: Staffs are not professional. Firstly, when I did the check-in, after checking my id and my booking confirmation email, staff advised me to use my exact full name to book the hotel or otherwise hotel have right to not to allow me to check-in... I used to book through hotel.com apps for more than 50times dor the hotels around the world, no one warned me like this before.... Secondly, only 1 pair slippers in the room when my booking is for 2 adults. So I called and they promised to send me 1 more pair. After hours, I had to go to front desk to ask again in order to get it. Last, when I passed by the corridor, the cleaning lady asked me twice when i will check out. I am sure she doesn't need to ask me... Room ceiling has mould. Mattress is very hard. I can hear people chating in the corridor. So, sound proof is not very good.

Stayed on 19/F and room is bright. Room size not too bad can open a suitcase. Shower area a bit small and there’s only one cleanser for hair and body but I bring my own so no problem. With the price I paid I will consider another stay.

Everything is good except they arranged the same room for different guests. It is a bit awkward for that. But they did call back to apologise for their faults. Overall, it is pretty good service.

Excellent and speedy service, location is wonderful with frequent trams, MTR, buses, taxi near by.. Clean. Promote "Green Planet", and recycle etc. TV presentation can be improve a bit.
