Petul Apart Hotel City Premium

Self service. No reception. When you arrive you phone the number and you are let into the hotel remotely. Once inside you pick up another phone and check-in over the phone. You are then given a pin code that allows you open a security box that contains your key card. This key card open both the hotel door and your bedroom door. It's a perfectly efficient system. The person at the end of the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping came each morning, cleaned the room and replaced the towels. The room has a small sink, kettle and fridge. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The location is very good, right in the centre of town. It is a 5 minute walk from the main train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bed was very hard and pillow was useless. Kitchenette needs a cupboard. Needs instructions for the shower as could only get a trickle of warm water
