This hotel is absolutely Balinese through out, from the canopy bed to outside decoration, everywhere. We loved every minute of our stay in our bunglow. If you want a total Balinese experience, Puri Madwai has it. We researched on Google all similar priced or even a little higher priced hotels. There is nothing even close. Complimentary breakfast was a mix of western with eastern and quite filling. The beach was only a five minute walk through back alley. The town with restaurants is also about five minute walk. The staff was extremely friendly. Their sponsored excursions were very reliable at a good price. We loved our six days. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed at Puri Madaw for 6 nights, the rooms where amazing, the staff super friendly, the hotel has a nice swimming pool. Most of all an incredible breakfast. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
