Nice hotel but no cleaning service. I had to clean and make the beds myself the second day we were there. Stayed as a family of 3. We did not have the 'do not disturb sign on the door Edith' odd they did not clean.

I was very disappointed with a lady at front desk upon arriving the hotel. I asked her if there is a room available, she said our system is down wait for a while. I was waiting approximately 40 minutes and i told her how about if i book the hotel online would you give me the key, She said yes. i booked the hotel and received the conformation. I come back to her while she was serving another person who arrived after me. I asked her i have booked the hotel and i have been waiting for long time, so please, give me a key after you finish with this person, here is my conformation and i need a key, She started yelling at me and said i don't have anything for you and get away from here. i said i am not going anywhere, call your boss and i need to talk to him, She said i am the boss. After a while of a man come and he told me he is the manager of the hotel, when i told him all that happen to me, he apologized to me, and gave me the key. This is what happened to me at this hotel. I decided not to come to this hotel again, and i don't recommend any friends to come and stay this hotel unless they change such staff like that lady who does not know who to treat with the customers.

Was the first time staying at this hotel, I liked everything about it, it is very clean , location is great, the only thing I would suggest is checking the insulation around the air-condition it felt like cold air was coming from under and around it, I had to put some pillows to stop the cold air.

Pool and slide was nice. Breakfast was decent given covid. Room and bathroom was really clean and spacious. Shower felt great. The only issue was how loud the hallway air flow sounded and echoed into our room. Made it seem like it was crazy windy outside. We had to put a towel where the base of the door was to reduce the noise.

Good stay and good handling of the pandemic
Our stay was very good. The hotel did a great job in managing things given Covid-19 limitations. They even supplied breakfast in a box to go. While the greatest, they made great attempts. They also had the sole front desk staff member also doing many other tasks as there was enough staff nor was their a steady stream of guests coming in. So it makes sense.
