No hot shower
We didnot have warm water in room so had to take cold shower in morning with temperatures just above freezing mark in jerusalem. I complained at front desk but no response. Wrote personal email to manager afterwards and all I got was that are going to work on it. Very disappointing. Room was very basic and dated. Location was good.

Good location. But staff were not that friendly and the property requires extensive modernisation. Breakfast is basic and the cleanliness of the kitchen area leaves you not convinced of the hygiene standards. The Bell tower is a must visit... but the lift is so small. Shower in our room leaked and flooded the bathroom floor everyday. The Manager discussed this with me and I appreciate his feedback . So disappointed...

Nice building from the outside. We were in room 222 for 4 nights.... Bathroom very small and shower cubicle leaking so constant flooded bathroom. Lift very small and no bell-boy to help with luggage. Breakfast poor and cooking area filthy.Hard pressed to give this hotel one star! Overpriced hostel with staff that not really want to be there. One positive was the Christmas Eve concert.

Nice service and a good location. But the room itself was very basic. The restaurant serves a good breakfast, but I don't recommend them for dinner. We were too tired from our day of sightseeing so ate there and it was very disappointing.

Very bad small, furniture old, expansive . I make checkin for two days, after one day they tell me from reception , gave me more 100 $ I not have still water in our room and I call to reception, he was wery upset with me.
