OYO Epsilon Hotel Stratford

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, as soon you walk through the door. The hotel looks very well presented from the outside and looks very clean and modern inside too. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower room was very spacious. Breakfast was a little unusual, as you eat in the Sub bar attached to the hotel. This is not a criticism, just unusual. Breakfast was cooked freshly, and the kitchen looked very clean. There was a choice of hot, cooked breakfast or other cold options too.

Staff not friendly, shower was broken, breakfast very poor quality, management does not care when complaining. Better avoid.

Clean and enough. It was a bit of a walk from stratford station but not a problem. It is an affordable and clean hotel in London. The service at the breakfast was a bit off. The crew does not welcome the guests to what is available for breakfast. All you can see are bread and drinks. If it were not someone who told us that we can order for breakfast we would not know. There is a separate menu for breakfast apart from the restaurant's which they would not say immediately and is on the corner like they don't want anyone to notice. The continental breakfast was just okay. The room was decent and clean. Fan worked well as it was the beginning of autumn so it was a bit cold already. You can still hear the noise from passing cars or buses outside but not too loud. Clean. Affordable. Okay.

Everything was perfect except for a strange noise, that sounded like a fridge, during the night. Couldn’t really get to sleep.
