Go to another hotel...
I had roaches in the room. There's no ice machine - I called front desk and was advised someone would help me.... No one ever came. Very uncomfortable bed. Closet door was broken off hinges. Didn't hang around for breakfast, just wanted to leave immediately. I do not recommend....

The only pet friendly hotel in Cd Obregón, small room but clean and with great breakfast even when it was take out due to the COVID situation.

Property looks nice at the front office, but rooms are old, and not kept up to date. Curtains in my room were hanging loose, off the hooks, so i had to climb on bed to hang them. Furniture is old, and chairs ripped . Pillows are so hard, that I woke up with a headache. Bed sheets are so old you can see through. I don't really like leaving reviews, but when I feel I have taken advantage from a business, and taken my money, with a false advertising, since what they offer online is totally different, I just can't hold up.

Well, I wish there was security, the property is open to anyone who wants to come into the property , and it makes me nervous. The bath towels looked really old, and seemed as if the didn’t have enough, some of the light lights were burned out.

Inlike the property but some of the staff is not very friendly, We asked for a rollaway bed and the front office confirmed to have one available for us but he forgot to send it to our room and when I called the front office to find out what time they were going to bring it to my room, the lady told me the guy had left fro the day and didnt leave any instructions nor information regarding the rolloway bed and they were not going to be a le to do anything until the next day because dont have any info available.

Excellent restaurant for breakfast, however, hotel guest are treated second class since room included breakfast, menu was limited and for a limited time in the morning as well. Room was infested with mosquitos and not clean. Picture of room are misleading.

The room was very clean, and perfect for our one night stay, driving back to the US. There are areas suitable for walking dogs. Lovely pool. Although on a busy street, noise was minimal inside room. Very clean, nice restaurant on the property. Staff very efficient and friendly. They allowed small, behaved dogs.
