Gravina Suite Frattina

there is no lobby there was a woman who gave me the keys and made me pay 14 euros for city tax. she did not explain how to use the keys which was very difficult to open the door. she gave me extra towels and checked the sofa bed if there was any bed sheets and did not see anybody else the rest of the stay. we were missing toilet paper we had to go buy it. location is great.

This place was not a hotel. It was more like a Air B&B with barely any service. No lobby. Elevator tiny, barely can fit 2 people with NO suitcases. The cleaning lady / office clerk, couldn't even speak in English. She had problems with her printer. She walked into our room without knocking one morning to clean our room, while we were still sleeping. Missing toilet paper and towels for a full day. Called their service number, but it still took a full day to get these. Sink water barely works (hardly comes out). Rooms are too small to open any luggages. A/C making knocking noises throughout the whole stay. Internet was HORRIBLE. I had better service anywhere else but in that building. My wife was sooo angry, that it cost me more money for shopping to keep her happy. We avoided going back to the room until late nights. Rome was amazing for everything else. The rest of our trip in Italy was great because we had amazing other real hotels in the other cities. Never again at this hotel/BB.

Terrible, Basically Ruined my stay in Italy. Room smells Like Sewage!! Demanded Extra 50 Euro to be let into Property on Arrival!! Staff are never on site, On arrival no one was at the property and after spending 40mins trying to Ring doorbell and trying to phone hotel directly I had to contact booking agency. I thought I was sleeping on the streets. They then demanded extra money to come to hotel to be checked in even though I was there at 7 pm and stated check in time was 11am - 8 pm. Room smelt like sewage every time I wold open the door. Was disgusting. The Cleaners let them self into my room while I was sleeping. Never stay here is my advice.

Great Place. Massimo was great. He was very helpful with everything. You can’t beat the location for the this price.

Pretty nice location and the management was very nice.
