I will firstly say that these were the nicest people ever. Everything we needed they gave us, and they provided all services with a smile. They were really kind. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the property - 3-5 min walk to the main road. However I was let down by the condition of the property. You can tell some updates were made, but the things that weren't were glaringly obvious. Some of the amenities and fixtures were old and outdated, there were cracks in the walls along with old stains - the walls were dirty and desperately needs repainting, the sofa had old stains, the TVs were older models and not smart TV so we were stuck with the basic channels which may or may not worked, and the water was not hot which made for a disappointing flower bath performed by the recommended massage ladies (which I wouldn't recommend) in addition to the water pressure being low most of the time. I hate to be this harsh with critiquing a property because the pictures are beautiful, but for the amount we paid I expected better.
