NICE, UPDATED, PARKING
Although the room was small, it was very clean, updated, and nice. Love the fact that we were able to purchase off- site parking, with in-and-out privileges, at a discounted rate through the hotel; as this was necessary for us, because we were moving our daughter back into her college dorm.

Loved the Hotel and the room, the only issue with our entire trip was that in one of the rooms next to ours, someone left a dog alone in a room for hours in the evening. It was barking nonstop until about 9:30 pm when whoever it was clearly returned to their room. We mentioned it to the front desk who said that they would send security up to check on it, but nothing really changed after we said something. Aside from this particular issue, we loved this hotel and would definitely go back.

Amazing service and location
Anybody who previously complained about location or service here is the type of person who complains they didn’t get the moon when they have the entire world. Service was AMAZING! The front desk were phenomenal. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency and they were accommodating in extending our stay. The location is right across from Macy’s and other stores. Bonjour Cafe is a must as it’s less than 30 seconds from the hotel. I WILL BOOK AGAIN!

Worth it!
I stayed for only one night, but it was extremely wonderful. The front desk was very helpful, the room was beautiful and clean. The only downside was parking but it's in downtown so that should be expected. Highly recommended!

Property was very clean and in the perfect location in downtown. The Concierge’s Jordan; Lily; and Darlene all were very friendly and provided amazing services. Thanks to them we were able to get a complimentary upgrade and had an amazing stay!
