Great apart from no hot water
Just let down by the kack of hot water in my room (226) for a shower/shave. Was a but noisy outside on the street with party goers but that's expected for Newcastle Centre. There's also a compulsory charge (Refundable) of £25 for the mini-bar in the room.

First time stayed at this hotel and was brilliant. All staff great especially manager who was really accommodating. Breakfast nice and couldn’t wish for a better night away

Could have been awful
We paid for a city view double room. The first room we got on the forth floor overlooked the car park. I called the receptionist who was super kind and said she would upgrade us 3x to an executive and it was a Sunday and they had a few free rooms. Got the the executive and it was what more what I was expecting in the first place for a standard room. If they hadn’t had any other room to give us I would have been extremely disappointed. But they did, thank god. Service was amazing, staff are incredible. The only thing is the rooms (some aren’t great). Location is perfect! Restaurant is yummy.

Lovely overnight stay, hotel is clean and all staff are really looking after guests and following guidelines. Had a lovely meal in the resturant, highly recommended also. Stayed in a delux double, and considering we paid more, the view was disappointing (a wall!) But that is the only thing I can downgrade the trip on

Although the room was hot due to the heating we were offered a fan. The whole staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was ok but a bit small for 2 people. Around the edge of the skirting boards were very dirty as the curtains were all the way down to the floor hiding the dirt so I don’t think housekeeping was up acceptable standard

Do not book the Presidential suite, dirty, broken shower, and when you open the window your next to the kitchen's vent which stinks disgusting. The apartments are better designed and well looked after.
