Bad reservations policy!
Wasn't very pleased with their policy on reservations. Booked 2 king rooms through hotels.com. When we got there there were no king rooms available and we got an excuse that rooms booked through hotels.com were at a cheaper rate. Not sure what that meant, but we didn't get our king rooms. When I brought this up with the manager, I was told that when they are full they will put guest in whatever rooms they have available. Not a very satisfactory answer for rooms that were booked a couple of months in advance. Needless to say I will never book with Kelly Inn anywhere again.

Excellent clean rooms, continental buffet breakfast with Bacon, Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy too many choices to list. On site laundry and easy access to everything in West Yellowstone. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.

Rude
The room is big, love the decoration and details. The only thing made me unhappy was that after we checked in, maybe only 20mins, the front dest knocked our door and said someone complained about us. That's ridiculous! It was 8pm, we just arrived at the room and didn't do anything. The weather was bad and I drove a long time to get there, then they made me feel worse.

The only complaint we have is that the people above us were so extremely loud that we couldn't enjoy relaxing in our room at all. I voiced my concern to the front desk but was told that there wasnt anything they could do until 10pm. We left to go watch a movie because we didn't want to stay in our room.

We would like higjly recommend Kelly Inn first of all because the staff are kind, welcome, considerate and generous. Judy let us have early check in because we come early from Idaho Falls because of weather. Paulina understands that we have to arrive at Gardiner early 30 Dec and because of weather and road condition we have to cancel the second night. We only pay the first night. Thank you so much Kelly Inn from we Indonesian family who visit USA to experience wonderful places and people.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel, with great attention to detail and an amazing location. Spacious room, with fantastic furniture and an acceptable bathroom (not the best feature). Pool was great. The only meaningful minus is that it didn’t have a gym/fitness center.

Cute room. Very "Yellowstone ish". Nice location. Great breakfast! Nice value. The one rub is the horrible doors which sound like a prison cell being slammed whenever someone enters or exits their room which usually begins at 5:30am. Are room was also by the stairs which sounded like storm troopers with ski boots coming in all night. So if we had to do another 1 nighter it would be fine but longer term with a need for peace and quiet...meh.

Very close to all the things we wanted to do, even though it was a snowy wonderland. Just FYI, we had a room on the 2nd floor...we were told we were not premium guests upon check in so we had to park away from the hotel, meaning we had to park not directly in front of any room and across the snowy parking lot. It made us feel a little sub-par especially when my husband asked for clarification. It was very confusing and a little difficult at first trying to figure out where was okay. Pretty much, just find a place! If you want to walk into your room without entering the hotel and drive up to your room, book a 1st floor room, you will feel special, haha! It all worked out and our stay was great! The room was so spacious and clean! Room was decorated so cute, and pool (indoor) were great and the included breakfast was hot, tasty and very well managed. Walk right across the street to the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center (which was amazing). Also, the Imax theater was right there and so fun! Short walk to 2 grocery stores. 24 hour included coffee and hot chocolate. Only paper and plastic cups, so bring your own if you enjoy a mug, no dishes in the kitchenette. This was absolutely a great place to vacation and you won't be disappointed! Less than a mile away is Backcountry Adventures where we did a day long snowmobile tour, so much fun, don't be scared! In closing, this hotel won't let you down and you can walk almost anywhere, just invest in a balaclava, it will save you! 😀
