Wasn’t overly impressed by the hotel. We had booked one of the onsite Disney hotels, because of our flights we needed to grab an extra night and our hotel didn’t have it available. We chose the B&B. When we arrived we were asked to put our bags in the baggage store. This is a paid service and I don’t think I have ever had to pay for a hotel to store bags! Not impressed as it cost about €19 to store the bags for the afternoon! The first locker didn’t work so cost us €5 with no way to get a refund and staff not interested. The hotel room was basic, which is fine for the price we paid; however the room was boiling hot and the thermostat didn’t work so basically slept in an oven all night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; it costs to store bags, rooms are hot and basic; and beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend spending the extra to stay at a Disney hotel or if your budget is stretched stay at the Campanile down the road.

Room was comfortable, staff were all really nice and the breakfast was fine. Albeit a bit busy and chaotic! Downside was the bus transfere from the park. One of the drivers drove to fast, and as a result i got thrown from my seat and injured quite badly. So hold on tight!

Très dommage de ne pas mettre à disposition des places gratuites handicapées lorsque l’on séjourne dans cet hôtel même si la réservation n’est pas faite sur le site. Légalement, les places handicapées doivent être mises à disposition sans contrepartie financière. 15€ le parking par jour pour une place handicapée qui n’est pas un confort mais une nécessité est très abusive. La navette pour aller aux parcs dessert tous les autres hôtels et est très surchagée. Il faut prévoir de la prendre hors des heures de grandes affluences. De plus, l’après-midi de 13h à 18h, elle ne passe que toutes les heures contre tous les quarts d’heure le reste de la journée. (8h à minuit). Pour les personnes handicapées, la navette n’est pas du tout adaptée lors de fortes affluences. Il y a beaucoup de points à améliorer pour le prix proposé qui reste plus cher qu’un autre B&B (comme par exemple Val d’Europe).

La navette pour le parc est épouvantable, surchargée, nombre de voyageurs au dessus du légal ,bousculades pour monter, impossible pour des personnes de descendre à leur hôtel tellement cette navette est surchargée, 1 navette pour les 5 hôtels...et pourtant nous l avons prise avant le spectacle et la fermeture, je n ose imaginer ce que cela doit être. Dommage pour le parking qu il soit payant si on ne passe pas par leur site. On paie autant que les non résidents qui laissent leurs voitures juste pour aller au parc...
