Room size was amazing but the condition of the bathroom and sink were a little subpar but nothing too crazy. They do use multi-use toiletries and I personally think that's unsanitary and refuse to use them. The handsoap was very obviously watered down. The only good thing for breakfast was the bagels and cereal but ita typical hotel food so take that for what it is. No free parking, we paid $62 for the garage right next door (which was convenient at least). The elevators did take forever (this was the most annoying thing about my stay, so nothing major).The staff were friendly and I had no real issues. It's in a good place downtown so very walkable. About 5 minutes from the Duke Energy place walking normally. I stayed with my husband and 4 year old and would stay agin.
