perfect location, spacious & clean rooms
Fantastic hotel with excellent service. The hotel is bang in the middle of Bauman street so you're steps away from everything, take a short walk to the left and you're at the local shopping mall, a bunch of halal restaurants, street shopping etc. Take a short walk to the right and you're at the kazan kremlin complex. Room comforts were spot on. Clean & functional, spacious bathroom (with a bidet tap :), overlooking the lively bauman street so keep your windows open late afternoon to experience the buskers with their violin & other performances. Highly recommend staying here for your Kazan trip! Wifi - a decent 10meg speed 2 entrances, bauman side and streetside for catching taxi's or yandex cabs good breakfast spread. Staff said the meat was halal but i could not verify

The hotel location is ideal, friendly and helpful staff spoke English, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast, included with the room, was a huge buffet with many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only one thing that i really didn't like about the hotel, its a restaurant, the service and food, its way below the average. The breakfast was so bad, i skipped it everything when i have a chance.

Прекрасный отель в центре города, прямо на пешеходной улице вблизи Кремля и музеев. У нас был номер из 2 комнат и прихожей. Все чисто, комфортно. Персонал отличный. Так как мы выезжали раньше завтрака, нам предложили ланч-боксы. Минусов не заметил.

This is a lovely hotel, located in the middle of downtown Kazan. Walking distance from everything. The rooms are a little small for my taste but the bathroom is big. The rooms are cleaned dailly and they do a great job.

good location for sightseeingin Kazan
The hotel is on the main pedestrian street, close to the kremlin and other sights. Parking next door is convenient and cheap. The rooms are OK, a bit small, but have all necessary amenities. The restaurant looks OK, I only tried it for breakfast which was good and plentiful, even if the choice of dishes was a little unexpected. The staff were not particularly forthcoming and even at reception, the English was weak. And the layout was bizarre, multiple levela and half levels which made getting around complicated until you got the hang of it. I did not use the gym but was told that it was OK. It is not five star by any means, but it is a solid four star and I would go back there again if in Kazan again.
