Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

The room is so terrible, the price is expensive !!!

A very beautiful hotel with great staff service. The cable car near the hotel had been closed during the time we went there and the hotel was so kind to walk us half the hill with 5 bags sending us off the cable car when we went back. They also had wheelchairs for my old mom to use (Free of charge). The breakfast was great too.

They made our honeymoon experience amazing. Nice room, good food, awesome place. We really felt like we should have stayed a few more nights to fully experience Bana Hills. World Wide virus scare seemed to keep the hotel a min staff and the crowds down during the day and night. This shut down a lot of the amenities like live music and other shops/restaurants being open. It'd be cool to have seen those things.

Hotel is used mainly by people staying just one night so there was always much activity of people checking in and out. Staff very attentive and excellent in meeting us at the top of the cable car and escorting us to the hotel then again escorting us back to the cable car when we left. Restaurant was large to cater for the many guests but lacked a welcome feel and choice of food a bit limited. But one has to remember that all supplies have to be brought up the mountain. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Just wow! Our experience was so spectacular, if we hadn’t booked a flight to Hanoi the next day we would’ve loved to extend our stay. The checkin staff took amazing care of us, and my mom and I were celebrating my 33rd birthday with a monthlong vacation traveling all Vietnam, and they rolled out the red carpet to make our stay super memorable. The cake was delicious, and the corner room had such a fantastic view and was very grand! They decorated it with rose petals and spelled out happy birthday on the bed for me. Service was spectacular, and Jerry the Bellman who helped with our luggage to catch the cable car was an absolute delight. The resort is stunning and so unique. We were so thankful we stayed especially with being able to grab the first cable car to the Golden Hand bridge. We visited the bridge multiple times in just our one day stay, loving having it to ourselves when it first opened in the morning to catching the sunset in the evening. The French Village is an instagrammer’s dream. We plan to return in a couple years to the resort, we could see they are in the works for future extensions and we’re excited to see it completed in the future. Thank you again Mercure Danang French Village for making my Vietnam birthday vacation that much more memorable!

Absolutely unique location with breathtaking views. Hotel spot on with a great restaurant where they cook the food in full view - we selected our own steaks too! Highly recommended.

for $181 per night, it was not what i was expecting. the family room that we stayed in felt like i was i prison with only one small window. it supposed to be a mountain view, but there was a big tree blocking most of the view and with only one small window, one has to get up and stick their head out just to get a better view.
