Paradise Sea Shell Motel

It was good for the price. Beds could use an upgrade

Helpful staff. Excellent location. Clean and comfy place

Clean, early check in, easy for mini golf, and friendly staff

Beds were very comfy. Old hotel with what felt like a slightly damp carpet. Silver fish found in the bathroom. Had a pet and they put us on the second floor, which was extremely inconvenient.

It was terrible we were up all night with people fighting slamming doors . The weed being smoked was non stop outside and some pretty seedie people. Our room stunk like cigarette and it was supposed to be non smoking. Cops ambulance fire trucks . We were there for a baseball tournament and we got no sleep and didn’t feel safe . It was terrible.

The room smelled and the sheets were stained. Photos attached. Clearly this was not cleaned. During this time of a pandemic this was so disgusting and repulsive shame on the management and owners of this establishment. After my insistences they moved us to the Coast which was not much better we couldn’t sleep the 2nd night because of a hotel party. I have been in touch with the owners and still have not heard back regarding a refund for at least one evening due to this terrible inconvenience.

The hotel had said that there was beach access. We went my parents who are seniors, and for this reason we stayed here. The gentlemen at the front desk told us to walk two blocks to get to the beach. After complaining to him, he said we can access the beach thru the rv park next door. By that time it was our second day staying there. They were finally helpful when we said that our only reason for staying there was the beach access, and it would have been so nice to know we didn’t need to walk so far for the beach.

The room smelled of dog, for two people. Towels 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel we had to go and ask for towels. Around the bath tub it’s covered with mould . One working plug to use microwave, ,coffee maker and Kettle and extension cord At the end table with one plugin this is the worst experience I have ever encountered

Pleasant surprise. Arrived to thisnplace thinking it may be a disappointment, as the room had no air-conditioning, seemed small, and a lot of occupants that seemed to confregate in the back area. I was surprised and discovered that the bed was vwry comfortable and it was very quiet. The neighborhood was ver welcoming while we went for a walk to discover the area. Good job to the management of this motel, please keep up what you have going, and continue to improve on what you already started while keeping your room rates competitive.

Check in okey. Reception personnel good but room was in ground floor where room directly above made lots of walking noises way past sleep time. Complained to management for three nights in a row but they were unable to rectify it. Also second day room was not cleaned or touched at all no towels garbage cans not emptied.. Complained and was told due to Covid they don’t touch rooms until checkout and they said they Forgot to tell us. When asked why they did clean the room on first day they were not able to explain. All in all not a good experience. Too bad because hotel has good location and affordable price.
