Very nice and comfortable room! I don't have any bad remarks about the hotel itself, but it does kind of suck that there is a restaurant right next door because you can hear everything when they are coming and going! Other than that, I would recommend it!
Need more mirrors!!!! Housekeeper walked in on us at 8:30 very embarrassing!!!!
Nobody on-site. No parking available. The restaurant patrons took all the parking spots. Had nowhere to park. Had to sit in car for 30min waiting for someone to leave. Terrible.
Was woken up at 2:45am to another room blasting music. Called the front desk to make them aware but nothing was done. Music continued to play for another hour at a lower; but still clearly audible volume. The next morning I tried to speak with someone at the front desk and the door was locked with no one inside. Very poor customer service and will not be staying here again.

Clean and neat. Very save relative to virus threats. Have problems using WiFi. Sink drain stopper did not function.
Very loud (traffic, window ac unit, voices of people on balconies). Unpleasant odor in room. Lobby and breakfast shut down due to COVID-19. Only 2 pods of decaf with coffee maker in room. Have to drive miles just to get coffee in the morning. No staff anywhere in sight to beg for a regular coffee pod!
Too expensive for what it was. The only perk was that Barcelona was downstairs.
Easy online check-in and check-out! The property was well kept; we felt safe and the room was super clean. Overall, exceeded our expectations.
I understand that COVID-19 has changed many things but this was ridiculous! We arrived at 3pm check in time after receiving the email that our room was all ready and check in was complete. We did not receive the email giving us the door key code for about an hour of sitting in the parking lot. The customer service number was useless, as no one answered after several call and leaving messages. Eventually another customer arrived who knew that the hotel was being managed by the circle hotel. Not sure why this information was not posted on the premises anywhere or coveted to the customers.
