the first night, the airconditioner leaked and flooded the room and ruined my clothes and suitcase and they still charged me for the night Hot water ran for all of two minutes had to bathe with cold water and this could not be fixed staff lied about menu items in resturant overall the quality has declined

I had a one night stay in Asaba i was very impressedat the first impression. I was dissapointed at the room service staff they had me wait over 30 min for some sugar that i needed to make tea for my kids during the night. Also seen two roaches on my room during my stay.

I booked a suites ,and then it began to rain at night only to wake up in the mourning and found water all over the floor from one of the windows and then I called one of the room keepers to see and he told me that he has been complaining to the management but they don"t want to take it seriously and that he is fade up of their lack of action and i was surprised . That was a terrible experience.

The first room I was allocated, the safe didnt work, the door didnt lock and the toilet did not flush properly, I reported this and was moved to another room the next day where everything worked. Staff where polite and security was taken seriously. I will definently stay here again.

Comfortable Hotel
It’s a nice, clean and spacious hotel. There was some construction work going on & the elevator on the 2nd floor (going down button) was not working, so had to resort to the stairways or go up before coming down to the ground floor. Other than this, the staff were courteous & very helpful & the standard room was very spacious. I will stay here again.
