We stayed here for 5 weeks during our visit to Jababeka Cikarang. This was truly the best hotel out of the many other hotels worldwide that we've stayed at (we are frequent travelers). We had great experience here and really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice size and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great with good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was excellent and delicious with a lot of variety. Free area shuttle was a big plus and a big help for us. ALL hotel staffs were very friendly, polite, helpful, respectful, courteous, quick to respond. From receptionists to shuttle drivers, restaurant servers to housekeeping staff, and also the manager and her team - they all knew and greeted us by our names and with smiles. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable and we will be back soon for sure! :-)
