It was fantastic to stay at a very professional run hotel with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom was lovely with a rainwater spacious shower. The decor was eclectic and of a high standard. We had a standard room but it was more than enough as there were couches and sitting areas all around. The staff were very helpful and full credit to the young man who carried both our suitcases down the steps to our car (40kg)!!!! Agali is isolated but there is access to beach just below the hotel and there is a boat that takes you to 2 secluded beaches for 12€return. There is a bus that comes every hour until 6pm and there are 3-4 taverns. Great stay for 3 nights

Loved our stay
We stayed for four wonderful nights. The hotel was really lovely as were all the staff. It was a pleasure to stay and will definitely be making a return trip to Folegandros and Blue Sand Hotel.

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe this place!
What an experience... From the moment you arrive you know you’re going to have a wonderful stay. They offer free transfer to and from the port. The breakfast is amazing, far more enjoyable then a typical buffet breakfast! The room is beautiful, nice decor (as throughout the place), spacious, big bathroom and shower. View speaks for itself, the location is best on the island no doubt. I’m telling everyone I know to visit this island just for this hotel! Can’t wait to return!

perfect hotel, perfect location!
Folegandros, and our stay at Blue Sands, was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, carefully appointed with all the right details. The staff were wonderful. The location is amazing. And the island is a quiet, serene, breathtakingly beautiful place.
