Location was phenomenal, especially considering the proximity to the extraordinary house reef, which was why we booked the hotel. The only reason I didn't rank it higher was that the food was not very good, and as a full board resort with no other options, the food quality was pretty important. I feel if they stuck with traditional Indonesian food and fresh seafood they would be fine, but they tried too hard to cater to their international clientele and failed. Meal times felt, at times, like an endurance test. If they got a new chef, I would go back without a second thought.
