Lovely resort . Beautiful area . Food was absolutely fantastic!!! Unfortunately due to. CoVid. The spa facilities And the pool were closed . The grounds were impeccable . The room large and clean . I would definitely return Thank you Oakwood

Didn’t like that we ran out of hot water, got locked out of our room because our keys wouldn’t work on the second day. Didn’t like that I had to get in my car to go to the front desk to get keys re programmed. And didn’t like the fact that other people that stayed there got a discount on the room because they were at the same event as us. We mentioned the event at the time of check in and we were not given the discount.

The oak dining room was beautiful and staff were excellent and wine was excellent! Unfortunately again the valentines dinner was horrible! All you need to do is keep it simple with chicken or beef ! The fancy French combos do not work! When the fish tastes fishy then it’s not fresh! Every course was bad and it took away from our trip again! Had to eat at Dave’s

This property has a ‘lodge ‘ feel. Cozy and comfortable but not up to date. Really did not like that they still use plastic cups sealed in plastic bags. (A little thing, but it’s a big thing).

Lovely getaway in a beautiful setting. Room still felt private. Loved that I could walk down to the beach. Had dinner in the pub and the food was delicious.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good amenities. The pool, hot tub and sauna are really nice. The bed was comfy. Shower pressure was strong. Balcony was a nice feature. Dave’s pub was great - good food and good service.

Didn’t like check in. Wasn’t asked if needed first floor accommodation since there was no elevators. Had to go back to front desk and wait too long to get ground floor. Thought I would get receipt under my door after I paid full amount at checkin and as of now still do not have a receipt for my stay. Cleaning staff was very good and friendly and courteous. Did not tour property so cannot comment on property.

Great one night stay .
The Hotel is in a great location . The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the only complaint is the place is getting tired looking and could do with some refurbishment.
