Very charming place. Spacious and sparkling clean. Awesome neighborhood with fresh food market, shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and nightlife. Definitely would stay again if I am fortunate enough to visit beautiful Barcelona in the future.

Good place close to many interesting places

The location was good. However, the place is old, you can tell because of the smell and there were ants everywhere, definitely not family friendly as we had a stroller and a car seat we had to take up the stairs to the first floor and then take the elevator ( which by the way was super small) to the 5th Floor. It took us a couple of trips to get all four us, plus baby’s car seat and stroller up and down. The bathroom was super tiny too and the shower was not the best! Customer service was very good though and they provided towels and welcome kits and a free bottle of sangria.

The apartment was perfect and in a great location. Plenty of places to eat and drink with easy access to the city and main attractions. Only criticism is the inability to contact apartment manager other than via telephone. We had to wait 2 hrs for someone to meet us for registration. They write emails to you but don't respond to ours.

It was really good but we needed to wait someone to make check in for 40 minutes even after sending an email with the flight and arival times at the apartment and receiving an confirmation email... it almost ruined our first plans!! Also in the end we sent an email and called to the company asking for a transfer and they answered it saying that they would make the reservation but they didn't and we needed to walk around with our bags at 3:30am looking for a taxi... we called at the night to the man that made our check out and he was rude saying that it wasn't his fault or his job and we would need to look a taxi for ourselves!!!
