Foi uma grata surpresa! Localizacao incrivel, perto das melhores praias de Curaçao, sem sombra de duvidas. O Hotel tem uma estrutura robusta e otimo para quem quer conforto e economizar. Logo,um otimo custo beneficio. A cozinha dentro do apartamento nos ajudou em toda preparacao de passeios, cafes da manha e jantares. Totalmente equipada e com mais coisas do que ja tinhamos visto em outros lugares Staff altamente cordial e eficientes. Obs.: Gostaria de parabenizar o trabalho de Marianella na recepcao. Super cuidadosa, atenta aliado a um zelo com seus hospedes.

Quatro dias ruins no Coral Estate Luxury Resort

Não podemos considerar o hotel um resort, mais parece um Aibnb, o quarto é espaçoso e possui alguns itens de uso na cozinha, que são diferentes em todos os quartos. Eu fiquei em apt superior com vista para o mar, na área adulta. O serviços oferecidos são péssimos, nunca tinha visto ter que consumir no bar da piscina para usar as espreguiçadeiras, para ficar na praia que não podemos chamar exatamente de praia porque é uma faixa de pedras também éramos obrigados a consumir no bar para usar as cadeiras e guarda sol, pagar caro em um quarto de hotel e não ter direito de usar a piscina ou a praia da frente sem a obrigação de gastar no bar, a comida é Ok mas está longe de ser ótima , não aceitam efetivos , tem uma placa gigante pedindo o pagamento em cartão em dólar , deveria se passar na moeda local . O atendimento quando perceberam quem éramos brasileiros foi totalmente diferente de outros estrangeiros que ali estavam . Eu fiz consumo nas quatros opções de restaurantes. Bar da praia , bar da piscina , padaria e pizza, os quatros ficam no centro do hotel , bem próximo um do outro, e em todos o atendimento foi igual , ruim. Serviço de limpeza , nos falam que era terceirizado, pois bem , todos os dias após as 17h a moça passava um pano com cheiro no chão e arrumava a cama e trocava o lixo, e arrumava o banheiro , ok. Eu costumo viajar duas ou três vezes por ano , uma fora do Brasil sempre , e infelizmente essa foi a pior viagem em termos de atendimento e serviço prestado.
Cadê que eu comprei em supermercado e organizei no quarto, pois não temos muitas opções disponíveis no hotel.
Obrigada a consumir o único tipo de cerveja que eles vendem para poder curtir a praia na frente do hotel.

Hi! My family and I were there the first week of February for 6 days. There’s so many good things about this hotel but there’s also some cons. We stayed in a villa, which was beautiful. However, we did find cockroaches, shower water never warmed up and the bed sheets had some stains on it. There’s TONS of mosquitoes when the sun comes down so make sure all your doors are closed or you will suffer at night. All my kids came back full of mosquitoes bites. They had an espresso machine which was so good until my husband decided to run plain water on a mug and the water coming from the machine was brown, he ran it a couple times until the water was cleared. So it’s pretty obvious they don’t clean their machines. Service wise was ok, I found the employees at the pizza restaurant to be the nicest among them all. The rooftop bar people were ok and the food was also good. By the beach, the restaurant is amazing, my kids were able to play with the sand and we were able to eat while they play. However, we had to go to the front almost all the time to either request their menu, drinks, napkins etc. They don’t pay attention to you when you sit down, and it almost felt as they were bothered by us. The front desk people were accommodating when we told them about the cockroaches and moved us to a different villa. Also, Hotel doesn’t accept cash. Overall we had a good experience, the sunsets are incredible and their drinks are also very good. I hope their customer service improves.

By no means is this a “luxury” resort. A member of our party became horribly sickened by giardia, which required a visit to the emergency room when we returned home. When her severe illness was mentioned to a front office staff member, that person blew it off saying that’s lots of the staff and guests were sick. They made no effort to shut down any of the resort’s dining facilities to deep clean and sanitize surfaces in order to prevent the spread. Giardia is highly infectious and easily spread when an infected person doesn’t wash their hands after using the bathroom. Has this place learned nothing from COVID?! Kitchen workers didn’t wear gloves and cleanliness was second rate. The resort is located in a very “second world “ part of the island so maybe that’s the mentality of the workers. NEVER going back to Curaçao ever!

O lugar é incrível! O mar é uma piscina. Pode-se ver peixes coloridos todo tempo. Quarto espaçoso, mas no térreo com marcas e cheiro de umidade. Não tem forno, fogão nem panelas, só microondas, o que obriga a comer congelados ou nos restaurantes, cujos preços não são bons, mas o padrão excelente. Nos quartos: mosquitos à noite, moscas de dia. Paisagismo belíssimo, vista do mar com 50 tons de azul, incluindo o curaçao blue.

The snorkeling and scuba were great! Unfortunately, you do need a car when you stay here there is nothing close by and it cost $50 each way to go anywhere. The bakery/market in the front has the best prices and the best food. I did not like how you had to pay for everything immediately on your charge card. The ONLY restaurant on the property is subpar, expensive and they have many available tables, but apparently you have to be VIP drinks are expensive $14 and up. They do have a grocery service. It is approximately $18 but totally worth it because it is $30 to go to the grocery store in a taxi and they only give you 15 minutes to shop. The surrounding area is desolate. It is not walkable in any way shape or form. The front desk was our best experience. They were extremely helpful, very polite, and any issues we had were immediately solved. I would personally consider this a mini resort. The only thing available to do there is swimming snorkeling, spa treatments. They had entertainment only one night on Fridays live singer for a short time other than that there is no entertainment. Be advised the pictures for this resort are totally glossed over they look shiny and new and unfortunately it looks like that but in a tired way. The saving grace of this resort is it it is small, quiet, secluded, great water views, but I would not stay here more than five days.

The property was beautiful! I was disappointed to see that they require a minimum when using the pool. Seems a little ridiculous when you are paying a premium price to stay at the estate.
