Friendly and well maintained. Felt like we received very good value for our money. Room was in the 5th floor with no elevator and extremely small but it worked. No the worst, not the best
I wouldn’t stay here again, however it’s certainly not the worst. It was perfect for our one night layover in Cancun. They offered an airport transfer (for a fee) which is ultimately why we chose this resort. The dinner buffet was very small, but the restaurants on site looked really nice. Staff hospitality was lacking a bit, everyone was nice but not very informative or anything special.
