Getting to the hotel is challenging because of bad roads (about 30 min from airport). We did not have any soap or shampoo, but Benadicta was very helpful to go out early in the morning to collect some soap for us. We were happy with the room for the price, but it is a bit far away from the mall or airport, and roads are rough to get there. I don't think we will use this hotel again because of the location, but the service was good. No restaurant or breakfast, so you have to plan to eat somewhere else.
