Everything was great except the check in . We were advised that the booking was cancelled due to problem with the credit card .. this caused a minor delay else the stay was pleasant .. the tea is close to the station and night life of the area ..

Old property that make sick my wife. She got an allergy reaction with Severe difficulties for breathing. We have to cancel our booking and seek another place.

From check in to check out. We felt very unprofessional. The staff did not have a clue. We found the property is attractive but needs lot of customer service training. We called for bell boy no one showed up. Carpets are worn out. Hand shower was not even getting into the holder as they had glued it and not even holding onto the holder.

Value for the price
We had a 2 night stopover and it was good value for the price. I requested an iron early on arrival to our room ( there was an ironing board but no iron). The iron was delivered over 24hours later after I left a note on the ironing board for room service the next morning. The room did not get serviced until 5;30pm when we returned from our day out and went to reception to let them know that the room had not been done. The breakfast were good and we had an early morning flight on the 3rd day and Aboo Baker was very generous and allowed us to enter the restaurant for breakfast at 6am although breakfast did not open until 6:30am. He was very attentive.Overall good but the service was not up to the Hyatt standard.
