Great value, location, excellent quality hotel.
The hotel was exactly as advertised. The location was incredibly close to the beach, Marina, main strip, shopping, etc. Overall excellent quality and value if you want to avoid an all inclusive situation. Only negative remark was that the developer of the hotel is building another beach front location and we kept getting hit up to sit through a timeshare presentation. Our hotel purchase included breakfast, which was held hostage so to speak by the person pushing the time shares. We had to both be present and come the day before to get the vouchers for breakfast. I wish this would have been handled better. Ultimately we opted to buy breakfast and forego the timeshare discussion. So to anyone considering, I highly recommend, just don't buy the included breakfast and be clear you aren't interested in timeshares or "free gifts" (unless you actually are).
