Good for last min stay
We booked thru expedia at towards the end of the day 12am.. when we reached the hotel the staff told us the rooms were sold out. Made us wait for about 1 hour to wait for her to call the manager.. we were so sleepy just need a place to sleep.. she couldnt decide and not flexible by arranging another room for us. We were ok even if the room being downgraded. She even suggested us to cancel, it was booked the day itself how can I cancel? Who is going to refund? Partly is the system error and inefficiency of the staff..

Air-con was not working adequately in one of the rooms. Room was warm and carpet kind of dirty looking. The door was unable to lock properly but housekeeping was prompt in solving the problem. Location is next to AEON, within walking distance

So far not bad and nothing to be complain , the staff is helpful. Hotel provided free coffee , millo and different types of biscuits at the lobby. Only one thing I would like to feedback is the room have mosquito. Every day I was being bitten by the mosquito and can't stand the itchy. Hope the hotel will look into it.

Superior three room located outside the hotel.
We booked a superior three room and was very surprised that this room type is located outside the hotel. So, don't find it safe to stay. Hotel is using key to open the room and there was no double lock. The creamers in their hotel had already expired, so we don't dare to take their coffee and tea as well. However, check in staff was friendly.

Decent budget hotel
Decent budget hotel just beside the Aeon Shopping mall. Hotel is located in ground level of a building of private apartments.

Good thing is it is near to aeon tebrau city, so most meals can be settled there else you will need to drive out.

An overall good stay
Overall a comfortable stay but we encountered a brief moment where there is no water coming out from the tap and shower head. Noise isolation can be better as we can hear people walking and talking the corridor. The very interesting thing is the door bell and do not disturb sign does not work unless there is a key plugged in. Thus we would need to get an additional key just to ensure no one comes to the room when we are out.
