This is a beautifully renovated, sun-filled, second story walk-up apartment in an Old St. Augustine home built in the 1880 's that is sanitized between guests. It's situated on a large, landscaped corner lot (not fenced), and is super-convenient to Old St. Augustine and less than two miles to the funky Vilano Beach. Two bedrooms, large renovated kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer. Hardwood floors throughout. Pet-friendly! People-friendly!
Pet fee is $40 per dog per stay (max of 2 dogs).
The apartment has two nice bedrooms with one king-size bed and one queen size bed. The one bathroom has a large shower and all the amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you need, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. There is cable TV, internet, a balcony with four chairs to sit outside and sip a glass of wine. There is even a massage chair in the living room.
The location is terrific, just west of the amazing Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park and 0.7 miles from the Old City Gates. The best part is the ample parking on the property, which is not common in St. Augustine.
The entrance on the side is pretty private.
Speaking of parking, you're welcome to use the four bicycles to cycle downtown so you don't have to find parking down there! We find that exploring the City by bicycle is truly the very best way.
Check out is at 11, but you are always welcome to leave your luggage locked up in our storage shed until you are ready to leave St. A!
