I stayed in room 102 at your hotel last night. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding misleading information on your website and the unsatisfactory experience I had during my stay.
I specifically chose your hotel based on the claim that the room would be soundproofed, which was a major factor in my booking decision. However, this information turned out to be completely false. Both my wife and I were unable to sleep due to the lack of sound insulation in the room. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by the sounds of ambulances passing by, car alarms going off, and conversations from people walking outside, all of which made it impossible for us to rest.
As a result, I feel that I wasted £120 on a room that did not meet the basic standards I expected. This not only ruined our night’s sleep but also impacted our plans for the following day, as we were too exhausted to carry out our activities.
Considering the significant inconvenience caused, I believe it is only fair to request compensation for the distress and poor experience I endured.
I would appreciate it if you could offer a resolution that reflects the disappointing nature of this stay.
