Good nights rest during a long layover
My Cloud is a nice spot to take a snooze during an overnight layover. Much better than any chair you will find in the terminal. The space was a little too warm for my comfort even after setting the thermostat to its lowest setting. The Hotel should have a stronger Wi-Fi.

Worth it During Covid! Only long-layover option
Thank goodness My Cloud is open during Covid!!! As of Feb 2021 only Terminal 1 is open in Frankfurt, and if you are only there for a layover like we were you cannot leave the airport/security without a 14 day quarantine - this means you can’t use the Sheraton or other hotels within the airport grounds as you leave security to get there. All the lounges are closed too. We had a 17 hour layover in Frankfurt, and even though it was expensive to stay overnight in My Cloud it was 100% worth it to have a bed, a mask break, relax, and shower before our next long flight. If you’re only staying a few hours to sleep you don’t need the premium room with a window, but we upgraded to the window since our stay was 16hrs which was nice to know what time of day/night it was. The rooms are super clean, have all the necessities you need all packed in super compact space that uses every inch of the room perfectly like a tiny home - a pod hotel feel for sure. They have coffee, tea, and water for free, and some vending machine with snacks and drinks in the lobby. The staff was friendly and always available and even offered us an extra hour free if needed. We actually used this hotel twice as we had long layovers in Frankfurt going and coming back from our honeymoon trip. Worth the cost to have clean comfort when everything else is shut down due to Covid.

The fact that you are able to stay while in transit is the only reason why I stayed, but unfortunately it was the ONLY option, and I assume that is why they can come up with these unreasonable high rates. Just outrageous!

Great rest, amazing view!
It was great to sleep on a 12 hours layover - book the premium suite so you can watch the planes take-off and land, it's really beautiful.

Did not like the fact that we could not get the sleeping room cold enough at night. Hallways were fine, but room too hot! We set AC on 16.5 and still little cold air circulating.
